What to include in your email
The more you tell us upfront, the faster we can fix the issue. Most useful:
- Your registered email (so we can find your account)
- The screen / module where it happened (Profit, MoneyBack, PPC, etc.)
- What you expected vs what actually happened
- Screenshot or screen recording if visible
- Approximate time of the issue (helps us pull logs)
- For SP-API / data questions: the order ID or ASIN involved
