Seller Wolf is built and supported by Amazon sellers in Bengaluru. There's no ticketing maze and no chatbot wall. A founder reads every email and we reply within one business day, usually faster.

What to include in your email

The more you tell us upfront, the faster we can fix the issue. Most useful:

  • Your registered email (so we can find your account)
  • The screen / module where it happened (Profit, MoneyBack, PPC, etc.)
  • What you expected vs what actually happened
  • Screenshot or screen recording if visible
  • Approximate time of the issue (helps us pull logs)
  • For SP-API / data questions: the order ID or ASIN involved
